Why Should I Hire EcoVerve Over Other Cleaning Services?

EcoVerve cleans your entire home each visit. Other cleaning services often use a rotational system, meaning one portion of your home gets an in-depth clean on each visit. With EcoVerve, your entire home is thoroughly cleaned each and every time we service your home. That's just one of the ways you can be sure you'll get superior customer service with EcoVerve. EcoVerve assures you of accountability of the actions of our housekeepers during the course of their duty. There is no longer any need for worry of sudden disappearances of your cleaner as we are a registered company. Should there be any problems encountered with the housekeepers assigned to your home, inform us and we will take appropriate remedial action.

Do I Have To Be Home When EcoVerve Cleans?

This is your option. You may give us a key to be safely stored in our safe boxes.

Do you supply everything required?

EcoVerve provides all the necessary cleaning solutions and state-of-the-art equipment. However, if you have a special product you prefer us to use when cleaning the house, we'll be happy to use it. However, some customers might want us to provide them consumables such as bin liners, black sacks, toilet rolls, soap and all the required dispensers. We do provide these and all items will be charged to the customers individually.

How Many People Will Be In My Home?

EcoVerve house cleaning teams work in teams of 2 and sometimes 3, depending on the schedule for the day and the amount of cleaning of each individual houses. From time to time you may also see our Quality and Training manager with the house cleaning team. Their job is to do inspections on several homes each day to make sure that we are delivering the best quality cleaning help available to you.

Does commercial cleaning differ from domestic cleaning?

No. The same principles of cleaning and adoption of high standards applies equally to our commercial and domestic work.

Do you provide an ironing service?

Yes. We provide free ironing service for domestic housekeeping services, limited to 8pcs of clothing per trip, at the customer’s request.

Will we always have the same cleaner?

EcoVerve makes every effort to schedule the same house cleaning team to clean your home for every visit. This way, the team gets to know your home and your needs. In the event of an employee illness or scheduled vacation, we will do our best to send at least one person to your home that is on your regular home cleaning team.

What If Something Gets Damaged Or Broken?

Accidents occasionally happen. EcoVerve is fully insured and will repair or replace anything that gets damaged or broken as a result of an accident caused by one of our employees. It is our policy that our teams report any incident that occurs, so that EcoVerve can notify our insurance carrier and rectify the situation as soon as possible.
